HMD Global, the Finnish company that brings out Nokia, has announced seven new affordable Nokia handsets for the local market. Ravi Kunwar, HMD Global’s head (Pan Asia), made the announcement at a press conference held at The Westin Hotel. Two of them are smartphones — Nokia 7.2, that comes with a 48MP triple camera featuring ZEISS Optics, and the Nokia 6.2, with PureDisplay screen and triple camera setup powered by AI. Both smartphones come Android 10-ready and feature midrange specs.
Among the five new feature phones, the Nokia 800 Tough is the first rugged Nokia phone from HMD Global paired with essential apps like the Google Assistant, WhatsApp, 4G and more.
